Q: How are the items delivered?
A: Items are packed carefully and put into plastic bags and envelopes, (since November 2018) I only send packages with Tracked and Signed service to give you full security and control over safe arrival of your purchase.
If you'd like to request a shipping upgrade - such as arrival guaranteed by selected date, please message me before or straight after placing an order.
Delivery company aims to deliver parcels in following time: UK - 1-3 business days, International - 5-7 business days.
I do not take responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by inappropriate handling by delivery company, however insure all items so refund can be offered if lost. I'm happy to contact the delivery company on your behalf to claim compensation and provide all useful information and documents needed.
Please keep in mind that some countries enforce tax that require buyer to pay custom fees in order to receive a package.
Q: How are the products made?
A: Every garment is handmade in my studio in the UK, I draft my own patterns, shop for fabrics, machine sew & hand embellish. The same with jewellery - every product is put together by me. Items are always based on original design and always unique to the label. Materials are sourced from all over the world, but clothes aren't ever outsourced away from the studio or mass-manufactured.
I never use real fur or leather.
Q: Can we collaborate?
A: I'm always happy to collaborate with fellow creatives, if you're interested in either taking photos together or modelling my clothes, or
borrowing my pieces for editorial shoot under your direction - message me with all the information and possibly moodboards.
If you're an artist or designer and you'd like to collaborate on creating an item, I'm currently open to work with illustrators, pattern designers, material creators (such as bead makers and fabric printers), etc. Please contact me!
I however do not sell curated items made by other artists through my shop or resale vintage or high street brand products.
Q: Are you open to stockists?
A: I'm currently looking for stockists & agents, so please message me with more details! I'm happy to provide trade & wholesale prices upon request.
Q: Can you make this item for me?
A: I do offer bespoke services and I'm happy to design and make product just for you based on your measurements and approved design. I can either work based on something that's currently on sale in my shop or completely new design (must be based around my style). I provide sketches, fabric samples and pattern pieces based on your body type, you'll be notified about any updates in the project, receive photos of the steps and great advice with every part of the making for you to guarantee final item you'll love! Additionally it will arrive with personalized tag - to make it truly yours! Please message me for estimate and more details.
New: I can embroider any short message or name onto garment (either inside or outside) - it's free for all full priced items, so why not make it yours?
I do not make garments based on someone else's design, also I do not copy garments from other stores. I do not sew cosplays, costumes or NSFW items.
Q: Can I return or exchange the item?
A: I accept returns & exchanges:
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I do not accept cancellations as orders are processed immediately, so please place orders carefully.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized orders (including embroidery placed inside)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you'd like to return or exchange item - please message me first, so I can help to resolve issues with the product and/or arrange the return.
There's limit of 7 days since the package arrived (as labeled on tracking service) to request a refund and exchange, item sent back must be unworn and arrive in the same, resellable condition it was sent in, with all tags attached if there were any.
I can refuse to issue the refund if items is was visibly used, damaged due to indelicate handling or incomplete.
I refund full payment (including postage costs) on account of your choice, buyer must cover return shipping costs. I offer any advice you might need through the process, so please don't hesitate with reaching out.
